CANNIBAL CORPSE will be releasing "Worm Infested", a five song EP including three unreleased tracks from their most recent release, "Gore Obsessed" and two Japanese bonus tracks. "Worm Infested" is a strictly limited edition
numbered collectors EP, which will only be available through the initial pressing. "Worm Infested" will be sold exclusively through the band’s and the Metal Blade Records website as well as on the band’s forthcoming tour which will be heading out in October 2002. The fall tour will include Cannibal Corpse, Macabre, and Cattle Decapitation. One or two more bands are expected to join the tour.

SIX FEET UNDER to hit the road with Hatebreed… Death metal leaders SIX FEET UNDER will be joining hardcore phenomenon HATEBREED for a full blown U.S. tour that will start in September 2002. The pairing of SIX FEET UNDER and HATEBREED, two of the largest bands in the respective genres, on the same tour package of has been in the work for some time as both bands have been long time fans of each other.

CATTLE DECAPITATION will be having a record release party for the upcoming album ‘To Serve Man’, their debut release on Metal Blade Records due out in stores on July 30, 2002. It will be taking place at Hully Gully in Downey,
CA and will consist of 8 bands and two stages. Doors are at 7pm.

GOD DETHRONED prepare to record "The Universal Slavedriver" Dutch death metallers GOD DETHRONED will enter Berno studio in Sweden in October to commence the recording for their new album, tentatively titled "The Universal Slavedriver", for a January 2003 release through Metal Blade Records.

THE CROWN finally confirmed to play not only the Tuska festival in Finland next week with original singer Johan Lindstrand, but also the Party San Open Air (August 8-10) in Bad Berka, Germany. After the split with Lindberg the
band was not sure if they would find a replacement in time, but luckily Johan offered his services for these two shows! Note that Johan is NOT the new singer of THE CROWN he is just helping them out with these two shows. If you will be out in Europe this summer make sure to catch The Crown at these festivals, probably for the last time with this line-up!


The FLESHCRAWL line-up is complete again! The new guitar player Oliver Gbravac is 20 years of age and living in Friedrichshafen, Germany. As for past bands he played in a few underground Death Metal bands before. Oliver will have his first FLESHCRAWL live appearance at the Wacken Open Air 2002!

The VEHEMENCE CD Release party for God Was Created turned out to be one of the hottest shows ever, literally! The temperature had to be over 100 degrees at The Nile Theater in Mesa, AZ, but regardless the band played with full intensity. Here is what the band has to say: "We thank the many Vehemence fans that came to support our release and bought merchandise. Arizona's scene may be small, but the shows are more interactive between the band and the fans. We like to thank all the bands that helped put this together and the promoter Ryan Butler from Structure of
Lies."

The bands next show before their tour with Incantation, Decapitated, and Impaled will be at the Arizona Death & Grind Fest. Sat. July 20th 22 E. Jackson in Phoenix, AZ (A warehouse at Jackson and First St.) $8 in advance

FALCONER debut live performance "Hi there folks. Some weeks ago we had the very first live gig with
Falconer, at the Bang Your Head Festival in Germany. I don’t think we could have felt any better after it; it really inspired us. Thanks to all the people who saw us. Your joy gave us our joy. Next up for the band is Rockmachina in Spain, which we really are looking forward to and after that Wacken Open Air. As soon as we get the live pictures, we will put them up on the site. SOUL DESTRUCTION :We are very pleased to confirm that soul destruction will be performing at this years Willow Festival in Peterborough. The event, which is the largest free festival in the UK, attracts over 30,000 visitors and is held over the 12th, 13th and 14th July. Soul Destruction will be on the Purple Pyramid Stage stage at 7.40pm on Friday 12th July.
