How is your new recording called? How is it?

(Max)-The new one and first release is called" DEAD BLACK SUN".

I think it's pure metal played with a musical intention and not with the conviction you don't know what you're doing, but I think better way to judge this work is the listening. I don't like to review our songs because I can be totally obiettivo on them

How are the new songs compared to the ones in your 2001 promo cd?

(Max)-Well all the songs are more improvised and one more directed to the live performance, because we don't like spend much time in studio and because I like to think this record as a not unreal work where sounds for example seems finto like the most of the cds out in this moment .

Which is your opinion on your "Where Angels Work" MCD?

(Max)- We recorded that cd in 1998 in three intense days and the result it seems good for that time and the songs enclosed were the beginning in a new way to think music like the title track,and the second ones. We composed all the songs in a week with simplicity and originality at the same time but this is my opinion, but this is the past.

Why did you choose Orion studio to record?

(Max)- We have recorded the 2 demo-tape and the MCD in different studios with the target to obtain something good for us but we never found it, so in 2000 we decide with the money we take on tour to realise in a little place our personal studio and call it ORION. My brother Steo behind the console and drums "obviously" made it all with good score if you think we record all the stuff in a week plus our minus.

How did each of the lineup changes modify Homicide Hagridden´s sound?

(Max)- All the music composed by me and Steo. After we play all together and decide to modify the song, but every ideas is good for the like of song, but the innovation in Homicide Hagridden it's the seventh string adding power to composition and riffs Really powerfull!!

Are you planning a tour to support your new material?

(Max)- I am working on but it's real difficult. We don't have a label and we haven't a great exposure to media for that like all the professional bands but something we'll do in future and first months of 2003, playing in Switzerland and France.

Why did you change the name of the band from Death Slaughter to Homicide Hagridden?

(Max)- Death Slaughter has been the first name before the change but I knew a band with the same monicker so we decide to call the band HOMICIDE HAGRIDDEN for having not problem.

Which are the band´s main influences?

(Max)- We are influenced by all the bands of the 80's but we listen music from Celtic to Brutal metal, but first of all by our heads.

Did you find a label to release your music?

(Max)- We are searching for and we received some offers from different labels but we refused the deals because I 'd like to work with serious people and not with someone lying to me for money. It is not simple but I hope to find a positive answer soon.
