The breakthrough came in 2000.Baal (then the vocalist of Damnation) and indefatigable Les decided to revive the group and invited Jeff to co-operate with them. He temporrarily became the bass player and second vocalist. Such the group, in their characteristic and uncompromising style composed 5 new pieces to become convinced whether the roots and essence of metal are still alive.The material, recorded in Hertz Studio (Bialystok, studio of Decapitated and Dies Irae) was edited by the English Conquer Records as the album under the title "Hellblast" ( the first mini-album from 1996 was also included). The Polish edition was again issued by Pagan Records. The group quickly found that in spite of the new-metal domination HELL-BORN was received by the audience extremely enthusiasticly. " Hellblast " got exclusively positive reviews. It became clear that the group needs the full strong team to show its diabolic art alive. Basti ( drummer of deathmetal group Devilyn) soon joined Hell-Born. Jeff took over guitar, Baal remaining the main vocalist became the bass player. Such the group made its debut appearing with Damnation in Germany and France. After some concerts in Poland and in other European countries Hell-Born as the next to Vader metal team flied to the U.S.A. tour where the classic " indigenous " music still has ardent fans. The traditional attributes as leather,chains, nails and hobnails shocked the audience as in the old good times showing substantial distinguishing feature of the group concious of their music roots.
